Intro
My live performance work is interested in participation that brings people together.
I am a QLD based performance maker with a practice in interactive performance and transmedia storytelling. I conceive, produce and direct projects which respond to people and places and which are defined by strong aesthetic languages and ambition in purpose. My strength is in bringing together artists, non-artists and technologies in unusual experiences, which engage with broad audiences.
I have a long history of experimentation with spaces outside of a traditional Theatre setting because I love the idea of working in everyday spaces and attracting a non-theatre going audience. My current focus is foyer/waiting spaces.
I have a strong focus on socially engaged art making practices with a rich history of creating work with young people, older adults (and both together- intergenerational) from diverse and marginalised community groups.

Backbone Youth Arts- Developing and Delivering contemporary Theatre workshops for young people and in term workshops with 2 performance outcomes per year. I also delivered the ensemble program for two years.
Queensland Theatre - Co designed and delivered Theatre workshops for primary and high school students in Cunnamulla and Chinchilla. Also for Theatre residency week.
The Song Room- developed and delivered Theatre programs to disadvantaged young people and worked with participants to create new works of Theatre. In school, after school programs and Hospital contexts.
ACPA- I delivered the Cert 3 Acting program in Acting. I worked with young indigenous performers to create a performance in the ‘In The Raw’ series. As well as trained the group in ‘Pathways to Acting’.
